Return & Exchange Policy

At Arsh Clothing, we value our customers' satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy exchange process.

1. Exchange Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for your item. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You have the proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Items on Clearance Sale or "Flash Sales."

  • Custom-made or altered clothing.

  • Innerwear or accessories (if applicable).

4. Process of Exchange

  • Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 310 2599331 or email arshclothingshop@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

  • Step 2: Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse in Karachi.

  • Step 3: After we receive and inspect the item, we will send out your replacement.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to a mistake by Arsh Clothing (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product), we will cover the shipping charges.

6. Refunds

We primarily offer Exchanges or Store Credit. Cash refunds are only processed in exceptional cases where the product is found defective and a replacement is not available.
