1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • The size is completely different from what you ordered

Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Note:
Products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging with all tags intact

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

  • Size issues if the item matches the size chart

3. Return Process

If you qualify for a return:

  • Contact us at haarshclothingshop@gmail.com with order details and product images

  • Our team will guide you through return approval

  • Courier pickup or drop-off instructions will be shared

4. Refunds

Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund Options:

  • Store credit

  • Exchange with another product
    (Cash refunds may not be available in some cases)

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you got a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos

  • We will arrange a replacement without extra charges

6. Courier Charges

Return shipping cost may apply depending on the situation:

  • If it's our mistake (wrong or damaged item) we will bear all charges

  • If the reason for return is change of mind, customer will pay charges

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
